Welcome to RB Mitti Store. By accessing our website (rbmittistore.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Services

We offer a range of handmade, natural clay, marble, and wooden kitchenware. All items are displayed with accurate descriptions and images; however, slight variations in color, size, or hand-painted design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products — this is a natural part of authentic craftsmanship, not a defect.

3. Ordering Process

• Orders can be placed directly through our website.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or phone call.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199 applies to all orders within Pakistan, unless the order qualifies for free shipping (see Shipping Policy below).
• Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery before completing payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days across Pakistan, depending on location.
• Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free delivery.
• We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers must inspect their parcel at the time of delivery, before making payment to the rider.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are eligible for a replacement or store credit as outlined in our Replacement & Refund Policy.
• Clay handi and cookware are covered only for delivery damage — general usage is not covered due to the nature of handmade clay cooking products. Water coolers additionally carry a 7-day leakage guarantee. See our full Replacement & Refund Policy for details.

7. Account Creation & Security

• Customers may create an account using their email address to track orders and speed up future checkouts.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account login details.

8. Limitation of Liability

RB Mitti Store is not responsible for indirect losses, including delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
